Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days
  • Custom or made-to-order items may take 5–10 business days depending on complexity
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship both domestically and internationally.

  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days (may vary by location)
  • Domestic Shipping (India): 3–7 business days

We primarily use DHL as our shipping partner although we don’t only rely on one shipper therefore we have other delivery partners onboard.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Order weight
    • Destination
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email
  • You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website

Shipping Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide order details and photos (if applicable)


Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If not, you may request a return under these conditions:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unmounted, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products
  • Used or mounted saddles
  • Items showing signs of wear, dirt, or damage
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Hygiene-related items (bits, grooming tools, etc.)

Saddles & High-Value Items

  • Saddles must be returned in unused condition only
  • Any signs of use (marks, fitting, riding) will void return eligibility

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days, subject to availability
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at returns@sazaartack.com with order details
  2. Wait for approval and return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in original packaging
  4. Ship using a trackable courier service

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


Refunds

  • Returns are inspected upon receipt
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the issue
  • We will offer:
    • Replacement, or
    • Full refund (if replacement is unavailable)

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Use insured and trackable shipping
  • Sazaar Tack is not responsible for lost returns
